The subject of a No Plot text in Revit is a problem I've heard about for many years, and finally I can give you closure in this delicate matter.
I present to you the most efficient workflow you'll ever see. And again with Dynamo magic!
1. Create a text type called NoPLT or something and create your text where you want it.
2. Run the definition beneath.
3. Delete text notes
4, Plot and select hide ref/workplane
5. Tada!
And as an added bonus you get a ton of snap points for your pleasure!
